A chat
that starts
from where you are.

Convosphere is a proximity chat. The map opens the conversation, the radius closes it. No global feed, no algorithm.

Manifesto

Conversation,
before the network.

Today's chats are huge address books. Convosphere starts from geography, from real proximity, from what's happening a block away from you. The map is the only entry point, and there's no algorithm.

Principles

Four choices, repeated every time we have to decide.

01

Map, not timeline.

Conversations have a place. Opening Convosphere is opening a square, not scrolling a feed. The timeline matters less than the distance.
02

Radius, not network.

You decide how far. Two hundred metres, two kilometres, a city. The rest stays out, in silence, until you choose to widen it.
03

People, not profiles.

No badges, no public metrics, no popularity rankings. Just a name, an approximate position, a message.
04

Silence, not noise.

Notifications arrive for what really concerns you: replies, mentions, direct chats. Everything else stays where it should be, on the map, a thumb away but not an attention away.

Acoustic concert at 9:00 PM, currently in progress. Three people asked if it's free (yes), one mentioned the north parking lot is closed.
Sfera

An assistant that listens to the area.

Sfera is the part of Convosphere that understands neighbourhood conversation. It reads the geochat's tone, summarises when useful, replies only when called.

It doesn't speak first, doesn't interrupt, doesn't pretend to be human. It's designed for that polite silence a good presence, in chat as in life, knows how to keep.
