How do I set up an event?
On your own, from the wizard: details, area on the map, payment. You are live in ten minutes without talking to anyone (but if you want to talk to us: hello@convosphere.app).
Do attendees have to install the app?
Yes, and it is free. Only people physically at the event get in: we give you a QR code and printable, projectable material.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. The electronic invoice goes out automatically to your SDI code.
Can I try before paying?
Yes: your first event up to 100 people is free, with every feature and the full report.
What do I see about attendees?
Aggregates, never individuals: arrivals, broadcast reads, a zone heatmap shown only above 5 people. We measure how warm a zone is, not where a person walked.
Can I moderate the channel?
Pin, mute, slow mode and ban, from the phone or the web. And people are identified: no anonymous trolls under your logo.
Does it work when the network is jammed?
The channel is featherweight and holds up well. The Bluetooth mesh chat for the extreme cases is in field testing: when it is ready, you will find it here.
What if the event is called off?
If the event does not take place, full refund: write to hello@convosphere.app within 14 days.
